Approximately 300 condominiums are being built in six separate buildings at The Fishing Lodge at Cap Cana. These planned five-star units range in size and price from one bedroom, (850-2300 sq. ft., $370,000-$690,000), through two bedrooms (1700-2700 sq. ft., $690,000-$1,075,000), to three bedrooms (2700-5500 sq. ft., $800,000-$1,700,000). Units will feature sea views, marina views, pool and garden access, and both covered and uncovered deck space. Each will be fully decorated and furnished. Marina slips will be available on a rental basis with the price scale to be determined.
Construction is well-underway at the Fishing Lodge and will be completed in September 2008.
