The enigmatic aspect of luxury real estate isn't identifying properties that rank among the finest in the world. World-class destinations are identifiable simply by location, brand affiliation, or intense Madison Avenue marketing campaigns. Far more difficult is the task facing even savvy travelers when deciding upon the perfect location for a vacation home. That is, identifying the world's finest properties before reaching true market potential. Those opportunities still exist, but without expert help are nearly impossible to find.
Here at Private Lifestyle Group, our mission is to help you navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of vacation-home buying, and reach your ultimate destination ahead of the crowd. Created by Doug Moore, founder of both Private Air and Private Gates magazines, Private Lifestyle Group will act as your concierge to the world, screening destinations and offering exclusive access to the most promising opportunities. Though our team personally visited over one hundred private communities around the globe, we offer far more than a seasoned traveler's perspective. Leveraging decades of experience researching exclusive, best-in-class destinations, we go beyond glitzy marketing and sales pitches to present the best emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate market. Our cachet in the industry affords unlimited access to the properties we review. We meet with developers, explore their sites, interview key staff, and experience first-hand the vision that promises to make each destination unique.
We handpicked a select group of promising opportunities, and offer them to you through private, on-site preview events long before reaching a larger audience. Our exclusive events ensure you enjoy all these privileged destinations have to offer. However, due to the exclusive nature of these events, attendance is invitation only and strictly limited to serious guests.
We invite you to take advantage of this rare opportunity to preview and purchase prime luxury real estate. For an invitation, please contact us or register online.
Doug Moore, Chairman
As Founder of Private Air and Private Gates magazines, I have the unique opportunity to experience the world's best, in particular, luxury real estate and resort markets. I have personally visited over one hundred private communities around the globe. Through my travels, I not only experienced the properties, but have come to know the people and developers behind the creation of these privileged destinations.
Because of this unprecedented perspective, I am familiar with which developers do the best job creating value. Value comes from new and emerging markets, with untapped beachfront properties, amenities such as five-star branded hotels and spas, reserving choice phases of development for the most discerning clientele, or simply operating resorts with the utmost quality.
Our, events showcase what makes each property special. Please take advantage of this opportunity to preview and purchase select luxury real estate. Also, be sure to sign up for my monthly newsletter where I’ll share more news and inside perspectives on the properties I have the good fortune to visit.
All the best,
